Whisper

Your whisper is as soft as the breeze

It leaves a tingling sensation, a caress

Your pitfall, draw me like an abyss

A void, we can’t escape, my heart’s a mess

Oceans keep as apart, you’re miles away

I can’t escape, can’t help but be lonely

This heart feels nothing but worry

Oftentimes, I feel so weary

Yet as I gaze at the stars,

And think of the multitude of scars

This heart has boldly taken

And long dreamed to be awaken

One day, when I’ll open my eyes and see

There is no face I want to behold

The days and distance are nothing untold

If only, you’ll be here beside me

In order to wipe away these tears

That is coursing through my fears

And once again, I’ll hear you whisper

My love, I will always be HERE…

BULONG

Napakalamyos ng iyong bulong

Lumikha   ng banayad na ugong

Ngunit ang mahirap, nasa malayo ka

Puso ko’y laging nangungulila

Karagatan, kabundukan nasa ating pagitan

At ako’y nabahid ng kalungkutan

At sa puso maiwasanang mangamba

Nakakapagod kaya ang mag isa

Ngunit ng tingalain mga bituin sa langit

Mga pasakit sa buhay iwaksing pilit

Itong abang katawan walang takot humarap

Kaya hindi maiwasang sa aking pagising mangarap

Isang araw, sa aking pagdilat

Walang ibang mukha makita sa aking pagmulat

Ang pagitan natin ay mapaparam

Kung ikaw andito, mawala lahat ng agam – agam

Pahirin mo sana aking mga luha

Patuloy na dumadaloy dahil sa nangamba

Sana minsan aking mapakinggan

Sabihin mo sa akin, hindi mo ako iiwan…

You’re the sunshine after the heavy rain

You remove the mist on a foggy day

With your easy way, you make me stay

Life is not vain because you remove the pain

You give light on my darkened path

With your radiance I take a bath

You restored the faith that has been lost

That’s why I’m grateful to you most

A great ally in the days that gone by

Always singing me with your lullaby

I only felt camaraderie by your side

A great chance for me to abide

A great mentor because of your loving way

In you I find my only refuge

My sole comforter in times of deluge

I want to remain and forever stay…

the words coursed through my veins

quickened my pulses

plunged into the deepest concave

of the innermost core

waiting, waiting,

slowly, gradually

resting, slumbering

suddenly awakened

by a very soft caress

of a warm and tender kiss

the sprinkle of comforting adage…

tickled and titillated

fragrant as an angel’s breath

emboldened by the clashing and the lashing

of the surreal dreams

of the ardent lovers

of the words

retracted its steps

passed through

the intricacies of the maze

it wrapped itself in…

flowing, drifting

rushing, sliding…

it splurged

and with wonderment and awe

to the cosmic realm

its eyes behold

at last it has emanated

and basked at the glow

the emergence of the soul…

The lapping of the tide

The whisper of the breeze

Of a love’s sweet embrace

Nature is in union

Of the two souls

Who meet not by chance

But by destiny

By gazing at the stars

Their fate entwined

And sealed by the sweet

Fervor of love

Blazing inside the innermost

Concave of their hearts

It resonates to the four walls

Resounding the ultimate bliss

Of a warm tender kiss

Words uttered of an undying flame

Can’t be extinguished

By the ebbing tide

In the morrow it surely will come

To claim its utmost prize

The heart of the lady

Who stood by the seashore

Making its descent slowly

Into the arms of the Thespian knight

Who could surely engulf
